On 24–25 March, the SHAREs+ project was presented at the LIFE-CET Energy Communities Contractors’ meeting held in Brussels, bringing together key LIFE-CET initiatives working on the development and strengthening of energy communities across Europe. The two-day event featured a rich programme of workshops, discussions, and thematic sessions focused on advancing One-Stop Shops (OSSs) for energy communities and identifying practical lessons learned from ongoing implementation efforts.

A key moment of the meeting was the series of deep-dive sessions into ongoing projects, during which SHAREs+ was presented in more detail. The presentation, accompanied by a project poster, highlighted the project’s objectives, approach, and current activities.

The meeting provided a valuable platform for exchange, networking, and exploring synergies across European initiatives, reinforcing the shared commitment to advancing inclusive and sustainable energy communities across Europe. It was an opportunity to get inspired by the results and ambitions of other projects, strengthen communication and collaboration between them, share ideas, discuss common challenges more intensively, and learn from each other. The mapping of projects on the European map was a particularly useful exercise to better understand the interconnections between initiatives and their wider network.
